Heavenly Chocolate Chip Cookies
Makes 3 dozen cookiesIngredients:

  • 2½ c. Never Sacrifice Taste™ all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Baking soda
  • 1 c. Butter (softened)
  • ¾ c. Granulated Sugar
  • ¾ c. Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 2 Eggs (large)
  • 1 c. Chocolate chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°.
Whisk flour, salt, and baking soda together in a bowl and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, blend butter and sugars together until creamy. Add vanilla and eggs. Gradually add in flour mixture until just blended.
Do not over mix. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop rounded spoonfuls of dough, 2″ apart, onto cookie sheets that are greased or lined with parchment paper.
Bake 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.


Sinfully Delicious Pancakes
Makes 10-12 pancakesIngredients:

  • 1¾ c. Never Sacrifice Taste™ all-purpose flour
  • 3 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
  • 1½ tsp. Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp. Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • 1¼ c. Milk
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter (melted)
  • 1 Egg (large)

Directions:
Preheat griddle to 325°.
Whisk dry ingredients together in a bowl and set aside. Whisk wet ingredients together in a separate bowl.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Gently whisk until just combined. Batter should have a pebbly texture.
Do not over mix. Let sit for 5 minutes. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto griddle and cook until the top bubbles and edges appear dry.
Flip the pancake and finish cooking for 1-2 minutes.


Brownies
Makes 16 brownie squares.Ingredients:

  • ¾ c. Never Sacrifice Taste™ all-purpose flour
  • ¾ c. Unsweetened alkalized cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 3 oz. Guittard semisweet chocolate chips
  • 12 Tbsp.Butter (unsalted)
  • 1¾ c. Granulated Sugar
  • 3-4 Eggs (large)
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease/flour 9″ square pan (metal or glass).
Sift flour, cocoa, and salt together in a bowl. Set aside. Melt chocolate chips with the butter until smooth. Beat sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Stir melted chocolate into the sugar mix. Fold in the flour mix.
Want to customize your brownies? Try stirring in chocolate chips, caramel bits, toffee bits, white chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, walnuts, pecans, or more prior to baking.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.

Munch This German Chocolate Cake
Makes one 3-layer cakeIngredients:

  • 2¼ c. Never Sacrifice Taste™ all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. Baking soda
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • 4 oz. Sweet baking chocolate, finely chopped
  • ½ c. Boiling water
  • 1 c. Buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • ½ lb. Butter (unsalted)
  • 2 c. Granulated sugar (separate 1¾ c. and ¼ c. into separate bowls)
  • 4 Eggs (separate whites & yolks into separate bowls)
  • ¼ tsp. Cream of tartar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour three 8″ round pans.
Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, stir together chocolate and boiling water until melted & smooth.
In another bowl, combine buttermilk and vanilla.
In a large mixing bowl, beat butter until creamy. Beat in 1¾ c. sugar on high speed for 2 min. Add egg yolks. Add melted chocolate. Slowly beat in flour and buttermilk mixtures on low speed until smooth.
In a separate bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar on medium speed until soft peaks form. Add ¼ c. sugar into egg whites on high speed until stiff peaks form. Fold egg whites into egg yolks.
Divide batter among pans. Bake 30-35 min., until a toothpick comes out clean.


Tiny Snickerdoodles
Makes 2 dozen cookiesIngredients:

  • 1 c. Butter (softened)
  • 1 1/3 c. Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Eggs (large)
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 3 c. Never Sacrifice Taste™ all-purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • 2 tsp. Baking soda
  • Cinnamon sugar coating (3 Tbsp. granulated sugar + 2 tsp. cinnamon) – set aside

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°.
Whisk flour, salt, and baking soda together in a bowl and set aside.
Blend butter and sugar on low-medium speed until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla until well blended. Gradually add dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just blended. Do not over mix.
Roll dough into 1″ balls, coat in cinnamon sugar, place on cookie sheet, and bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.

Mama’s Banana Bread
Makes 1 loafIngredients:

  • 5 1/3 c. Butter (softened)
  • 2/3 c. Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Eggs (large) – slightly beaten
  • 1 1/3 c. Never Sacrifice Taste™ all-purpose flour
  • ¾ tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Baking soda
  • ¼ tsp. Baking powder
  • 2 Bananas (very ripe)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mash bananas until smooth and set aside.
Whisk flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder together in a bowl and set aside.
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs until well blended. Gradually add dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just blended. Do not over mix. Fold bananas into batter.
Pour batter into a lightly-greased loaf pan.
Bake 50 min. or until banana bread is gold brown on top and a tooth pick inserted into bread comes out clean.
