Our Story

I love eating delicious food and baking with my girls. It’s that simple. So when my daughters and I were diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2011, our world of making and buying delicious baked goods came to a screeching halt. I set out to find tasty gluten-free alternatives and was extremely frustrated by what I found. Their unappetizing flavors and unappealing textures left a lot to be desired. We threw away more gluten-free products than we ate. My daughters were disappointed knowing they’d never again eat the delicious homemade treats they grew up loving. At that point, I made it my mission to create an all-purpose flour that would re-create the foods they cherished. I was determined to get rid of the gluten, but never sacrifice taste.

Though it took me one year to formulate, it was worth the wait. Since then, we have used our flour in hundreds of recipes and fooled friends and family with our yummy baked goods. They never knew they were gluten free! Mission accomplished. I’m grateful to share our little taste of gluten-free heaven, and hope you enjoy all the delicious treats you’ve dreamt of making.
